ICT’s multi-disciplinary groups, consisting of Urban Planners and Designers, Landscape Architects, Engineers, Planners and Environmentalist, provide quality and environmentally sustainable solutions for infrastructure development.
ICT also specializes in the integrated development of Special Economic Zones covering a wide range of services like identification of Economic Themes, Feasibility Studies, Master Planning, Projects Preparation, identification of developers and marketing experts. The town planning services include planning, urban design, residential development, transport analysis and environmental engineering. ICT has designed Master plan / City Development Plan for more than 10 cities / towns.
