ICT, with immense pride, has received theAutodesk Imagine Award in the field of Architecture, Engineering &Construction and ‘Design Innovation in Building’ category for our project –UGC03, Mumbai Metro Line 3. The scope of work included the detailed structuraldesign, architectural design and E&M design works of five undergroundstations at Mumbai Central, Mahalakshami, Science Museum, Acharya Atre Chowkand Worli. We also carried out the detailed designing of a 7.57Km long TBMTunnel. The estimated cost of the project was approximately USD 400 Million.
Autodesk announced that they take great pride forICT's contribution largely to change and innovate, by being the industryleaders and making an impact towards global sustainability goals. The esteemedjury was highly impressed by our contribution to the Mumbai Metro Project interms of use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) for innovativeness,introduction of new work environments, identifying technical challenges andtheir solutions.
The award ceremony was held at Conrad, Bengaluruon 23rd August, 2022, and was received by Mr. Dinesh Arora, Sr. Vice Presidentand Mr. Vimal Yadav, CGM – Urban Infrastructure, on behalf of ICT.
