ICT as an ISO 9001:2015 firm, certified by DNV-GL, aims to achieve clients' satisfaction by maintaining excellence in the services rendered. Quality Management System is implemented for every consultancy assignment; this envisages a Quality Assurance Plan right from the inception through completion and operation stages, encompassing all activities, such as, investigation, design, specifications, procurement, documentation, etc. Regular audits and checks are carried out at critical project milestones to ensure performance of the highest order.
