Mr. Aseem Kumar Prabhakar is the Executive Director at ICT and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Post-graduation in Transport Engineering. He has over 25 years of varied and rich experience in carrying out feasibility studies, detailed engineering design and construction supervision of major highway projects and traffic and transportation studies for a number of projects in India and abroad. In his present role, he has the overall responsibility of all related departments like Highways, Bridges, Pavement Material & Geotechnical, Quantity Surveying & Contracts etc. and is also an Independent Engineer for various projects. He is Member of Indian Roads Congress (IRC), Indian Building Congress and also affiliate member of Consulting Engineers Association of India and Fellow Member, Indian Geotechnical Society & Institution of Engineers India.
