Mr. Sanjay Kumar holds B.E. (Civil Engineering), M.E. (Transportation Engineering) and Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Management. He has more than 32 years of rich professional experience in Detailed Engineering Design and Construction Supervision of Highway, Green Field Expressway, Elevated Expressway Projects funded by Multilateral funding agencies like ADB, AfDB, World Bank and MCC as well as of PPP Projects. He is well versed with National and International Specifications. His country of work experience includes Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Kenya, Malaysia, Mongolia, Tanzania and UAE.
